• We assist Coloradans needing assistance searching for health plans on Colorado's State Marketplace (Connect for Health Colorado).  The choice for dental or vision is not mandatory, however, will need to be considered at that time.​

• Connect for Health Colorado works with various health insurance companies listed above.

• QLE (Qualifying Life Event) You may qualify for a SEP if you experience certain life circumstances i.e. Marriage, having a baby, losing your employer sponsored health plan, moving or changes in your income.

• Health Insurance Plans are organized in three different levels or Metal Tiers (Gold, Silver, and Bronze).  Assistance will be provided to individuals in choosing the best plan.
